1. Eligibility

1.1 The DBS Dialogues LUCKY DRAW ("the Draw") is conducted by DBS Bank Ltd ("DBS") and is open to all (except those persons listed under paragraph 1.2) who have visited dbsdialogues.com and participated in ‘Vote & Win’ by completing the online form and accepting the terms and conditions with the competition dates as below.
1.2 The following persons are not entitled to participate and are disqualified from the Draw:
Employees of DBS and their immediate family members.
Employees or staff of advertising agencies of DBS and any other parties which are directly involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Draw.

2. Qualifying Periods and Draw Date

2.1 The qualifying period for the Draw is from 19 October 2009 to 17 December 2009 (“Qualifying Period”), both dates inclusive.
2.2 The “Draw Date” is 18 December 2009 for the major prize.
2.3 Unless DBS notifies otherwise, the Draws will be conducted as above or such other dates that DBS may determine at its sole and absolute discretion at 6 Shenton Way, DBS Tower 1 #02-01, Singapore 068809 or at such other venue as may be determined by DBS.
2.4 The winners of the Draws will be published on the DBS Dialogues website within 10 working days from the Draw Date. The winner will also be notified by phone and/or ordinary post within 7 working days from the Draw Date.

3. Allocation of Lucky Draw Chances

3.1 To qualify for the Draw, entrants will need to complete the online form on the ‘Vote & Win’ page of the DBS Dialogues website.
3.2 One (1) Draw chance will be allocated to every eligible entrant during the Qualifying Period.

4. The Prize

4.0 There shall be one (1) prize and one (1) winner of the major prize which consists of a business productivity package to the value of S$10,000 including delivery. The winner will be able to choose items such as a laptop, colour multi function copier and other office supplies.
4.1 On the respective Draw Dates, one (1) entrant (“Winner”) will be randomly drawn from the pool of entries by means of a computerized draw. DBS shall have the right to draw a “reserve winner” to replace any Winner who is subsequently disqualified.
4.2 Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchangeable for cash. No cash will be given if winner does not use the complete winners budget.
4.3 All information on the Draw entry will be subject to verification, and in the event that any information is invalid, whether by reason of inaccuracy or contravention of these terms or otherwise, DBS shall have the right to disqualify that Winner without notice, and award his Prize to a reserve winner.

5. General

5.0 DBS Bank is not an agent of any merchant. Any dispute about the quality, merchantability and fitness for purpose of the merchant’s goods and services must be resolved directly with the merchant.
5.1 DBS Bank will not be responsible for any injuries, loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred in
connection with the prizes.
5.2 The Winner consents to DBS disclosing and/or publishing his/her name and any other of his/her particulars in any manner which DBS may deem fit for publicity purposes. The Winner shall cooperate with and participate in such publicity activity organised by DBS for these purposes. The failure by the Winner to comply with this clause shall result in his/her disqualification.
5.3 DBS’ decision on all matters relating to the Draw (including but not limited to) the selection of the Winners) shall be final and binding. Except for the notification of the Winners after any verification as may be required has been completed, DBS shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter with any party concerning the Draw.
5.4 DBS may vary these terms and conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the Draw at any time without any notice or liability to any party. DBS shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Draw, including any error in computing any Draw entry, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
5.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
